We had a very hot summer this year and one of our AC units went out. We called Wright’s and the next day they were on site and had it resolved within 30 minutes. The service representative also checked the system in the attic to ensure there were no other issues and gave us some additional solid advice to more effectively and efficiently cool our home. Wright’s went beyond their service call request and made sure our system was prepared for the remainder of the summer! Highly recommend their team! Our heater was not working. A repairman came out the same day I called. He diagnosed and repaired the problems in a very reasonable time. Excellent service!
My A/C stopped working in the heat of the day and wasn’t having any luck finding someone local that could get to me same day. I called Wrights A/C and from start to finish they really did go above and beyond. The service tech, Jeremy, came out right away. Called me letting me know he was on the way, and showed up and worked on it for 45 min. He was very kind, professional, and I have nothing but good things to say about my service.
