Called Wrights air conditioning and both Mike and Cyle came out at different times to help us with our heat situation, we ended up replacing both units in our home. No pressure just great service. We woke up to find that our AC thermostat panel was non-responsive. Bought a new AC thermostat – did not fix the problem. I called Wright’s and they were able to come out the same day! Learned that the wires going into the main panel were not secured to the breaker. When it came loose, we lost power. Not only was he able to identify a loose cable and explain that my main breakers are undersized, he went into the attic with me to explain how everything works. First time I have lived in a home in my many decades that required me to go into the attic. They recommended calling an electrician to confirm breaker sizing and cable gauge. Electricians were out the next morning and replaced the 40 and 50 amp breakers with 60 amp breakers.

Damien and Eian were both very professional and helpful. They arrived promptly and quickly solved the problem. Also, since my unit was new, Damien was able to instruct me on filter changes and other maintenance. I will definitely call them for any future needs!

I had a sudden issue with one of my units last night and called a different company for service today. They never confirmed and I’m glad they didn’t because I’m now on a service plan with Wright’s and both my units have been serviced for the cost the other company was going to charge just to come out. Thanks for getting me in! You guys have earned my business!

Thank you Wright’s AC. I called at 830 this am about my AC not cooling and the technician was here by 10. Replaced a capacitor, told me what he was doing and what it would cost before he started. I would recommend them.
