  • Inspect blower components
  • Inspect condenser coil
  • Inspect, and tighten if loose, electrical connections
  • Monitor AC operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge
  • Inspect heat exchanger and burners
  • Inspect & adjust pilot operations
  • Monitor flue draft for safe operation
  • Inspect and test safety controls
  • Inspect thermostat operations
  • Inspect for cracked heat exchanger

Mr. Comfort Assurance Monitoring

24 hour system monitoring
$30 per month
  • 24 hour monitoring of your system
  • We are alerted immediately of any problems
  • Same day service if problem is detected

Seasonal Comfort

Twice a year maintenance
$12 per month
  • 5% discount on any necessary cleaning or adjustments
  • If system needs refrigerant, you will be responsible for the cost
  • Add more HVAC systems for only $5 more per unit

All Around Comfort Plan

Every three month maintenance
$20 per month
  • 50% discount on any necessary cleaning or adjustments
  • If system needs refrigerant, first pound is free
  • Add more HVAC systems for only $5 more per unit

Monthly Maintenance
$40 per month
  • FREE cleaning or adjustments
  • If system needs refrigerant, first 2 pounds is free
  • 10% discount on additional refrigerant
  • Add more HVAC systems for only $2 more per unit
