• Clean or replace standard air filters [We can provide the filters at additional cost]
• Inspect inside cooling coil
• Inspect primary and secondary drains, and blow them out if possible
• Inspect blower components
• Inspect condenser coil
• Inspect electrical connections, and tighten if loose
• Monitor AC operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge
• Inspect burners
• Inspect for cracked heat exchanger
• Inspect & adjust pilot operations
• Monitor flue draft for safe operation
• Inspect and test safety controls
• Inspect thermostat operations
• In the spring, rinse off condenser
