I called late morning regarding a problem with my heating unit expecting to hear it would be at least a day or two before they could get to it. To my surprise they had a technician there within two hours. After a through checkout, he determined the problem was merely a clogged filter and even took the time to explain how I could read the trouble codes in the future and maybe avoid a service charge. Big thumbs up.

I love this company they have reasonable rates.

Had Wright’s do a diagnosis call on a system that wasn’t properly cooling. They were able to find a leak, but fixing the leak wasn’t feasible. Had two other companies come out, they found the same thing. After getting estimates from all three, Wright’s was the best combination of price, equipment, and warranty for a replacement system. We purchased the system from them, and the installation went well. Cyle was super kind the entire time, down to earth, good guy. Since then, I’ve had them come out to address a few concerns, and they are always on top of it and take care of it to my satisfaction. I’ve had great experiences with Cyle. He explains what he’s doing each time and always answers my questions with patience and kindness. I’ve never felt like I’m wasting his time trying to understand my system better. We even had a thermostat go bad under warranty, and they were out within 45 minutes of my call to swap it out with a new one. No complaints with Wright’s and would recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company!

Thank you Wright’s AC. I called at 830 this am about my AC not cooling and the technician was here by 10. Replaced a capacitor, told me what he was doing and what it would cost before he started. I would recommend them.

I had a sudden issue with one of my units last night and called a different company for service today. They never confirmed and I’m glad they didn’t because I’m now on a service plan with Wright’s and both my units have been serviced for the cost the other company was going to charge just to come out. Thanks for getting me in! You guys have earned my business!

We reached out to Wright’s Air Conditioning service when out ac stopped working. They were able to get someone out the same day to check out our system. Cyle was able to troubleshoot and make the repairs right away, saving us from the record Texas heat. Thanks for providing great service. I will be using their services in the future.

They fixed my air conditioner today. I was told how much everything was before they did extra work. They are very professional and respectful of the property.

Every time I call they come out same day. Very professional and nice . Explains everything they are doing to the a.c. so you know whats going on. this will be my a.c. company from here on out.
